Nowra man linked to skate park robbery placed on bond

A Nowra man charged following an incident at the Nowra skate park in March this year in which a number of teens were allegedly assaulted and robbed has been placed on a six-month good behaviour bond.

Rodney Seymour, 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of having goods in custody suspected of being stolen.

About 6.45pm on March 24, a number of teens at the park were assaulted and robbed with a skateboard, portable music speakers and a bicycle stolen.

Shoalhaven police located the alleged offenders a short time later on Bolong Road, Bomaderry, with several items located.

Two teenagers required hospital treatment for minor injuries following the incident.

Magistrate Gabriel Fleming placed Seymour on a six-month good behaviour bond.
