SHE may be relatively new to the sport of bodybuilding but Falls Creek’s Caitlin Pummeroy didn't let that stop her from dominating the recent ICN South Coast Classic Competition at the Woonona Bulli RSL Club.

Pummeroy, 21, won first place in the first timer sports model category, as well as claiming bronze in then first timer fitness model division.
“I only started training in March to try and get a better lifestyle in the health and the fitness industry,” Pummeroy said.
“I remember the very first day I started my personal training, I had no idea what I wanted.
“Making the choice to start competing was a big decision, giving up so many things.
“To claim these two prizes in Wollongong is a massive achievement, as I never thought I would be able to present myself in front of an audience.”
Pummeroy credits a lot of her success to her coach Keith Graham at Campain Fitness.
“I train daily for one hour each session, sometimes twice a day with a cardio depending on my schedule,” she said.
“This is done six days a week with one rest day.
“My eating plan is six meals a day tailored to my fitness plan each week from coach Keith Graham, who has got me where I am today by pushing me to my limits.”
Pummeroy will use these strong results to drive her to further glory at the upcoming State Championships in Sydney on September 30 – while also trying to inspire others to chase their dreams.
“After the result in Wollongong, I got straight back into my routine, training six days a week with six meals a day, along with my full time work as a chef,” she said.
“If I could give anyone advice today, it would be sky is the limit – don’t ever give up on your dreams, they do come true when you put your mind to it.”
