During the match between Culburra and Milton at Lighthouse Oval on August 26, Kulcsar was reported for allegedly striking an opponent – which he denied, claiming before the judiciary, it was self defence.
This fiery match, which ended 2-all, also saw three Milton players red carded and subsequently handed three match suspensions.
On top of that, Culburra also had three players receive red cards, with two of those players handed four match suspensions and one escaping suspension after a judiciary hearing on August 30.
One week later, after an adjournment, Kulcsar and his son Kasey fronted up to the judiciary, with the latter handed a four game suspension following an early guilty plea.
“I felt going into the hearing, I had a strong defence as I didn't receive a card on the day,” Kulcsar, who is banned until September 30, 2018, said.
“I’m obviously disappointed with the outcome.”
The Shoalhaven District Football Association was contacted for comment.
