Bomaderry Swamp Rats had some big wins last Saturday when the under 14’s put on a great attacking display defeating Stingrays 46-12. Brody Davoodi was on fire scoring 3 tries, Jaiden Moore scored 2 great tries, Byron Mitchell once again showed his class scoring a try from dummy half. Troy Newton, Riley Spender, Caleb Bruce-Smith all scored a try each. Coban Knight converted 5 goals.

The under 13’s once again showed their dominance defeating Milton 44-8. Jarrah McLeod carved up the defence scoring 4 tries. Drue Johnston continued his great form scoring 2 tries with Toby Scotcher and Kurt Wisniewski scoring a try each. Toby Scotcher converted 3 goals, Jarrah McLeod converted 2 goals with Jeremiah Welsh also converting a goal.
The under 12’s proved too strong defeating St Georges Basin 44-12. Dominic Woods continued his great form scoring 4 tries, Mattie Church and Jacob Flentjar were unstoppable scoring 2 tries each. Brayden Hare converted 2 goals while Dominic Woods, Ty Hartigan, Nicholas Iloski and Kye Monie each converted a goal.
The under 11’s played a great attacking game defeating Stingrays 32-18. Riley Ingram once again had a sensational game scoring 3 tries and converting a goal. Jerome Reay, Mitchell Walker and Bailey Gossage scored a great individual try each. Jackson Ingram, Nash Connell and Jerome Reay all contributed with 1 goal each.
The under 10’s played well but were defeated by APOF White 26-10. Anthony Matusiak scored a well-earned try and converted the goal. Brayden Whitfield continued his consistency scoring a try.
The under 14 girls went down to Stingrays White 12-8. Kylie Robinson and Jordyn Preston each scored a sensational try.
The under 15’s never gave up but were defeated by Collegians 26-8. Blake Gurney and Cooper Glover scored a hard earned try each.
Women’s Tackle Opens were defeated by Berkeley 20-8. Rhiannon Brown and Annie Reid scored a great try each.
The under 16 girls were defeated by Stingrays Green 38-6. Emily France scored the only try for the Swamp Rats with Holly Finch converting the try.
The Under 12 girls were defeated by Sussex Inlet Purple.
Good luck to our under 11's and our under 14 girls in their semi-final game tomorrow. Presentation day will be held Saturday, September 16, at Bomaderry Bowling Club at 11.30am.
