After posting 284 in the first innings, thanks for 94 from Ben King-Gee, Bomaderry dismissed their opponents for 178.
The pick of the bowlers for the hosts were Stuart Jeffrey and Blake Munilla, who both ended with four wicket hauls.
For the visitors, Edward Neaves led the way with a handy 69, while Gavin McCauley chipped in 25.
In the hosts second innings, Matthew Lees scored a century, making him the first first grader to do so this season. His score of 100 included 14 boundaries and two sixes and Bomaderry ended the day at 5/159.
Ulladulla’s two wicket takers were Kyle Jarrett and David Gasparrini, who both claimed two scalps each.
In round two, Bomaderry play Bay and Basin, while Ulladulla host Berry-Shoalhaven Heads.
