Coach Darryll Farrell has been given the job to mould the side, together with Dylan Farrell when he is not committed to his NRL duties with St George Illawarra.
Joining the pair will be Clarrie Gibbs, Chris Lonesborough and fitness guru Tim Connell.
“We have had fantastic interest from current and old Dolphins player, who are excited to play for their old junior club instead of going to other clubs for their senior football,” Farrell said.
“Group 7 have given the ok for the club to form a first grade in three to four years time, so long as we are successful in fielding competitive sides each year and meet all criteria the group has, which I am sure we will” vice-president Tony Couch said
