Benjamin Joel Hughes, 33, of Kerry Street, Sanctuary Point, failed to appeared in Nowra Local Court charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming convicted him in his absence, fining him $500.
The court heard he was in possession of a prohibited drug, cannabis on April 26 this year at Sanctuary Point.
Strike Force Croci was a seven-month operation, cracking down on illegal drug activity in the Shoalhaven.
A total of 43 people have been charged as a result of the strike force, with another seven still to be charged or processed.
Nine of those charged have either entered guilty pleas or been found guilty, with seven now sentenced.
