About 11.50am (October 12) a 19-year-old man was sitting on a seat in the park on Graham Street, when he was approached by three men.
One of the men, described as Aboriginal in appearance, aged in his 30s, with a skinny build, a patchy moustache, and wearing a fluorescent yellow singlet, blue work shorts and black orange Nike shoes, approached the young man and produced a knife.
He demanded money from the 19-year-old, while the two other men sat next to the victim.
The trio stole an amount of cash before running from the area.
