Robert Braddick, 23, of Hillcrest Avenue, Nowra was fined $500 when he appeared before Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming in Nowra Local Court on Tuesday.
Braddick was charged with possessing a prohibited drug, methamphetamine, or ice.
The court heard police were patrolling the Bomaderry area on January 12 this year at 9.45pm when they noticed Braddick’s car.
Officers saw the vehicle turn into the car park of a boat ramp in Bolong Road, with the accused turning off the lights and ignition.
When police drove into the car park the court heard the accused attempted to leave the area.
Officers stopped the vehicle for the purpose of a random breath test, which proved negative.
The court heard Barddick appeared nervous, was incoherant and non responsive.
Officers searched the vehicle, with Braddick allegedly producing a black coloured sunglasses case from his pocket, which contained a small foil package.
The court heard Braddick admitted to officers it was ice.
Tests later revealed .21 grams of methamphetamines.
Magistrate Fleming fined him $500 and ordered the drugs be destroyed.
A total of 43 people have been charged as a result of Strike Force Croci’s operation, with another seven still to be charged or processed.
