A working bee with Shoalhaven’s most experienced mangrove men will be held on Tuesday, July 28.
Co-ordinator Peter Jirgens invited anyone who would like to attend to phone him on 0488 460 011 or Peter Hanson on 0413 388 814.
“We are going to have Charlie Weir and Riverwatch president Eric Zarella with us to give people a tour of the work that has already been done.
“Throughout the day we will look at mangrove planting and propagation, as well as installing sandbags to reduce erosion,” Mr Jirgens said.
