Robert Flaherty, 71, who now lives at Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains, appeared before Judge Colesax, facing five charges of indecent assault of a male.
He pleaded guilty to two of the five charges with Judge Colesax setting a trial committal date for those offences on August 24, 2015.
Mr Flaherty’s bail was continued but he will be back in Parramatta District Court on Monday for a bail condition hearing on the three charges to which he has pleaded not guilty.
The offences were alleged to have taken place in the Shoalhaven and Sydney up to 40 years ago, with the alleged victims aged between 11 and 15.
Strike Force Nemesis was formed by detectives from Blacktown Local Area Command to investigate the allegations.
