I have had numerous guests staying at my bed and breakfast from various weddings around our beautiful area. 

As a previous marriage celebrant in the area I can appreciate the issue of noise and parking from all aspects. Not one of my guests has been disrespectful of my house rules, my neighbours or the environment. 

I can appreciate the potential noise from the close proximity of many “houses to let” and the reception house at Callala Bay which could present an issue for local residents however I have heard many positive comments from other locals. 

Maybe there needs to be more direct communication between the residents and the participants at the wedding venue at the time of concern to possibly resolve any concerns. I support the wedding industry at Callala Bay with the added positive being the care taken of the reserve by council.
