Winning the toss and electing to bat, Nowra started well reaching 39 before the loss of the first wicket.
Despite losing wickets consistently throughout the innings, Bryant was the mainstay, scoring quickly to boost his sides total to 8/242 from 45 overs.
Bryant hit 10 boundaries and four sixes in 104 not out which came from only 83 deliveries.
He received support from Kurt Quinlan (30) and Justin Weller who smashed 19 from seven balls late in the innings to increase the total.
Trevor Thomason was the pick of the Ex-Servos bowlers, taking 5/24 from his nine overs of which four were maidens.
In reply, Ex-Servos lost two early wickets to put them on the back foot, with openers Daniel Gleeson and Sam Stewart being dismissed to leave the home side reeling at 2/17.
Graham Phillis (29) and Trevor Thomason (36) steadied the ship to move the total to 94, before both batsmen fell with the score on 94.
At 4/94, Ex-Servos required the middle order to step up and take the run chase to the opposition.
Mathew Ganderton did just that, hitting seven boundaries and six in 41, before falling victim to Nowra spinner Michael Coulter.
Despite the game being in the balance at 6/153, Justin Weller tore through the lower order to finish the game off and give Nowra a resounding victory.
Weller finished with 5/32 as the home side was bundled out for 174 in the 41st over.
Kurt Regan also picked up three wickets in the 68-run victory.
Regan had been on a hat-trick at one stage and while he missed the milestone, he did take his third wicket with the next ball.
