The two men were wearing Spiderman masks to cover their faces. They were both wearing hooded jumpers, one was black the other light blue with grey pants. Anyone with information is asked to phone Nowra police on 44219699.
Two men entered a general store in St Georges Basin about 6am Thursday, one was believed to have been armed with a gun.
A woman who works at the store was allegedly threatened by the intruders.
It is not yet known if the woman was physically injured or if any money was taken from the store.
Police are in the area searching for the offenders.
This incident follows an armed robbery last week at a service station in Sussex Inlet.
