It was a clear sunny, winter’s morning with a light breeze, and pleasant riding conditions.
The group returned to Berry for coffee after the ride.
Thursday's ride had nine mountain bikers cycling from the Aviation Park to Hylands Lookout via the Parma Road bush track, Braidwood Road, Hell Hole fire trail, Turpentine Road and Deans Gap Road.
The views at the rocky ledge lookout were clear, never ending and well worth the riding effort.
The return journey took half the outward time, as it was mainly downhill along with a tail wind.
