"It's important that residents find out what the council is planning with the budget but so far only two have turned up to hear what staff and councillors have to say," Cr Guile said.
He said only two residents turned up to the first briefing in Nowra.
The next briefing is on Wednesday evening at 7pm at Vincentia High School and there is one scheduled for 7pm Monday, May 12 at St Martins Church Hall in Ulladulla.
