They will now represent Bomaderry in the SCDBA champion of champions pairs later on in the year.
Round eight of the SCDBA pennants was scheduled for last fortnight but constant rain meant only two games throughout the whole district were played.
The washed out games are scheduled to be played on Sunday, April 27 with the cards called at 10am.
Round nine this Saturday will see the No. 1’s taking on Lake Conjola with the bus leaving at 11.15am.
The No. 3’s are at home to Lake Conjola.
The No. 5’s are away to Currarong and the No. 6’s are at home to Shoalhaven Heads.
In social bowls, Harry Griffiths and John Black won the $25 vouchers on Tuesday.
Second went to Frank Willis and visitor Peter Nordstrom with Bob Webster and Ned Collier taking home third place.
Vince Kelly and Keith Beresford had an attempt at the jackpot but missed out. Brian Fletcher, Mick Edwards, JJ Martin and Jim Smith spun up the half jackpot of $200.
Thursday saw Warren Frew and Fred Bernthaler take home first place. Second went to Barry Davison and Janice Egbers.
Roger Kinskey and Lyn Boyd claimed the $10 vouchers.
Roy and Liz Kelly had an attempt at the jackpot but missed out.
Vince Erskine and John Mathers had a go at the half jackpot but they too missed out.
Men’s nominated pairs are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays with any mixed nominated pairs on Saturday all commencing at 1pm.
