Operation Barb was a high visibility operation which began on Friday.
During the two days of the operation the two arrests resulted in five charges including drink-driving, possessing stolen goods and three warrants.
During the period police inspected 34 licensed premises, with 11 people being proceeded against for failing to quit a licensed premise.
Inspector John Behrendt said this was a disappointing figure.
“It means patrons are still failing to understand if you are argumentative, quarrelsome, intoxicated, disruptive, disorderly and you are asked to leave, you are obliged to leave and remove yourself from the vicinity of those licensed premises,” he said.
Each of these people will be fined $550.
