Allrounder Trevor Thomason backed up his unbeaten century from last week with five wickets in the first innings.
Norths resumed at 1/17 in pursuit of Ex-Servos total of 8/243 and the early signs were ominous as the wickets continued to tumble.
Thomason picked up three early wickets, with Hugh Gillen (16) the first to go, followed by Luke Hogan and Harry Peters.
Norths skipper Graham Davidson (22) was the only player in the top order to get a start, while Tristan Woods (14) and Kieren Whiteley (10) were the others to reach double figures before they were bowled out for 93.
Thomason was the best of the bowlers with 5/18, while Chris Bramley chipped in with 2/21.
With a substantial first innings lead up their sleeve, Ex-Servos decided to enforce the follow on and unfortunately it was more of the same for the home side.
Thomason was at it again in the second innings, picking up star batsman Nick McDonald for a duck to put them on the back foot.
The only substantial partnership came from the second wicket, between Hugh Gillen (33) and Luke Hogan (18).
There was little resistance from the rest of the Norths batsmen with Blake Huard (18) the only other player reaching double figures.
Norths could only manage 85 in their second dig and were defeated outright by an innings.
Shane Halliday (3/6) was the pick of the bowlers for Ex-Servos, while Nate Jones was the next best with 2/9.
The outright victory secured third spot on the table for the defending premiers, while Norths disappointing season will end with the unwanted wooden spoon.
