The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre was filled with the Shoalhaven’s best fighters up against top national and international fighters in real full cage MMA competition.
The crowd was treated to a thrilling finale when Martin took out the lightweight title in a state of origin bout against Queenslander Greg Atzori.
Martin pushed through the pain after he had his elbow popped out in an arm bar in the first round and went the distance to win by a unanimous decision.
Shoalhaven welterweight Michael Moss gave the crowd plenty to cheer about with his points decision win against Joshua Culibao, while Ulladulla’s Giuliano Tiburzi won his first MMA bout against Grant Jiminez.
Unfortunetely Shoalhaven’s Chad McGillick was unable to bring his recent Muay Thai success to the cage, tapping out with just one second to go in the first round of his fight with George Malizis.
