The top of the table clash between Berry-Shoalhaven Heads and Nowra Green saw Berry take outright points, with Nowra Green now just hanging onto top position.
Day one ended with Berry 5/123 after Nowra breen made 158 runs in their first innings.
George Thomson and Terry Gibbs were at the crease but both soon went back to the change rooms, leaving it to the bottom order, who had the team all out for 176 runs thanks to top bowling by Nowra Green’s Dane Bowern 3/46 and David Webb (3/35).
Nowra Green went back in to bat but despite Darren Trewin top scoring with 28, the team was all out for 78 runs, with Berry’s Peter Richardson taking 4/27.
Berry went back into bat for the outright win and despite Nowra’s Byron Fry taking 3/11, Berry were 7/63 at the end of the day for the outright win.
In the game between North Nowra-Cambewarra and Bay and Basin, Norths just missed out on first innings points thanks to a handy second innings comeback by Basin openers Connor McQueen (46) and Matthew Hiriart (38).
