Berry dismissed the home side for 92 on the first day, and after resuming their innings at 6/100 on day two they posted a total of 172.
James Milne was the first to fall on day two, gone to Peter King for 17 with Berry at 7/130.
Opener Kerry Penfold, who resumed on 49, was the next to go on 74, putting Berry at 8/140.
King then struck again to remove Chris McCarron on seven, before bowling Ty Cherry for two to close the Berry innings and finish with the figures of 7/68 from 19 overs.
Ulladulla put up a stronger showing in their second innings, posting a respectable 181, thanks in large part to a 51 from Matt Gilkes.
Berry did strike early though, Cherry removing Chris McLean on four to see Ulladulla at 1/13.
Cherry then had both openers back in the pavilion when he trapped Terry Dorrell in front to put the home side at 2/32.
Jason Linke and Daniel Beasley then steadied the innings somewhat before Linke fell on 26, bowled by Chris McCarron.
Beasley and Wes Holmes then added another 25 runs before Holmes was dismissed by Phil Dell’Orefice with Ulladulla at 4/84.
It was then Beasley and Gilkes in the middle, until Beasley fell to Dell’Orefice at 5/97.
Next man in Aaron Wester would’ve been better off staying in the pavilion, Dell’Orefice striking again without a run being added.
Ulladulla were then at 7/108 when King fell and looked to be in trouble, before Gilkes and Michael Devlin added 59 runs between them.
Gilkes then fell with the total at 167, Devlin making it to 28 before being dismissed to close the innings at 181.
Kerry Penfold (38 not out) and Brad Carey (42 not out) pushed Berry to 0/90 in their second dig before play ended.
