ULLADULLA (Sussex) bowler Christian Sargood produced an inspired spell of bowling on the weekend to lead his team to victory over Berry Sholhaven Heads at Zealand Oval.

Sargood took 5/15 off his six overs to help keep Berry to 8/123 off 30 overs.
For Berry it was their middle order who used the willow the best, Logan Cosgrove notched 13 while Charlie Howard top scored with 20.
For Ulladulla, Brett Young and Chris Waters grabbed a wicket each.
In reply Ulladulla chased down Berry’s total and posted 8/142 from 30 overs.
Nathan Harris top scored with 20 and Sargood backed up his good work with the ball with a handy 13.
Cosgrove was Berry’s best bowler taking four wickets, while Kane Slater grabbed two and Ty Brown and Angus Templeton took one each.
Nowra’s 75 proved too little as Batemans Bay chased them down to post 2/81 in their match at Nowra High School.
Nicholas Hansen (17) and Joey Ellery (12) top scored for Nowra.
Paul Bishop was the Bay’s best bowler with 3/5, while Mackensie Clack took 2/9.
Batemans Bay only needed 13 overs to chase down the score, led by Jack Gallen’s 26 and Sean Griffin’s 22.
Angus Ewers and Jonthan Falkner each grabbed a wicket each for Nowra.
Ulladulla United’s 4/105 proved too big for Bomaderry / Ex-Servo’s to run down at Bomaderry Sporting Complex.
Rocky Lavalle (18) and Dale Ramsden (13) were United’s top scorers.
Lorcan Edwards-Villalta took two wickets for Bomaderry.
John Bowern (13) was Bomaderry’s best with the bet as they were all out for 81.
