The Pavilion has been renamed "The Kazador" and revamped with a Spiegeltent-style feel by organisers, with a month of free and ticketed entertainment.
Local stalwarts of the events industry Tamara Campbell and Dave Evans are behind the programming, which will also host a clothes swap party, a free form '80s-inspired dance class, author talks and a "Friday Arvo Wine Down".
"If you miss this you are not living," Campbell said.
"There is incredible talent everywhere you look in this area and what a pleasure to bring those artists together to play with city acts and create an awesome entertainment feast."
Circus performer Corey Pickett will be part of the free Vaudeville variety show (jugglers, hula hopping, clowns and slapstick) with a raft of other local artists, most suited to families.
After stopping by Helensburgh and Shellharbour earlier this week, the show will feature in the Kazador on Sunday, May 1.
"It's always been extremely important to me and my fellow group of performers to create entertainment that is accessible to the whole community," Pickett said in a statement.
"We decided to bring this historical art form into the present day, and share the immense talent and skills of our local performers with this exciting variety show which pays homage to all things Vaudeville."

Comedians rolling up to the venue include Mic Conway, Gary Eck, Tommy Dean and Mandy Nolan.
Burlesque star Imogen Kelly will take to the stage, as well as with international "boyelesque sensation" Club Briefs (as seen in Wollongong's Aurora Speigeltent earlier in the year).
The Dr Hubbles Bubbles and Liam Power Magic shows will treat families, while Joe Mungovan, Ana De La Vega, Daniel Roehn and Cuban groovers Caribé will appease music-lovers.
The Kazador events coincide with Kiama's REVEL festival - a celebration of live music, surfing, entertainment, fireworks and ice-skating throughout the month of May.
