The property, owned by artist and designer Suzy O'Rourke, is currently operating as 'The Casa' retreat.
Located at 261a Mount Scanzi Road, it was last sold in 2020 for $1.7 million, according to CoreLogic records.
Currently advertised for rent at $2959 a night on Airbnb, it can sleep up to 20 people, including 14 adults and six children.
Set on 2.83 hectares, the six-bedroom property was constructed from mud brick and features four living areas and six-metre cathedral ceilings.
Highlights include four separate living areas, two open fireplaces and a custom-made bath in pink-terracotta tone.
Outside there's a fire pit and pizza over, as well as a plunge pool and bar area.
Formerly operating as a Galeria Aniela Fine Arts, the property has undergone a dramatic transformation at the direction of Ms O'Rourke.
It's not the first holiday project Ms O'Rourke has worked on, having also been the mastermind behind The Shed Gerroa, a farm-style escape nestled between Seven Mile Beach and the Gerringong Golf Course.
In its previous iteration, the property was visited by David Attenborough and the late Bob Hawke, and hosted works by artists John Olsen, Charles Blackman and Ningura Napurrula.
The property is listed with Carrie Bond, of Bond Lifestyle Properties, via expressions of interest.
