As the good people of the community come out, some need to be cautious that other, not so good people, will be making their way back out too.
A concern with people flocking back to the shops is the fraudulent use of stolen bankcards to make purchases.
This is when the stores and their employees need to be wary of the possibility of being targeted.

Be alert for the customer that act in unusual manner, is in a hurry, is nervous, talk hesitantly or being overly chatty.
People need to be cautious of the person that may be using a bankcard in multiple smaller purchases to avoid the purchase limit of using the pay-wave option and then being forced to enter a PIN number which they may not know.
Keep an eye on if these people are bringing the bankcard straight out of their pocket rather out of a purse, handbag or wallet.
Businesses who may take orders over phones also need to be wary of possibly being targeted by fraudulent activity.
The type of businesses who may use internet, mail order or telephone transactions are referred to as 'Card not Present' transactions.
Businesses who may accept these types of transaction are at greater risk of becoming a victim of fraud. These businesses need to make sure they obtain all card details including the CCV number on the rear and expiry date.
Make sure you get full details of the purchaser.
Contact the phone number supplied to confirm it's authenticity.
Make sure that any deliveries are done to a person within a premise.
This also comes down to people out there to make sure they keep their bank and credit card details to themselves.
Make sure your bank cards are safely secured with you.
