Shoalhaven City Council has confirmed a positive COVID-19 case attended the Shoalhaven Swim Sport Fitness Nowra Aquatic Park on Sunday, October 3.

Council has been made aware of the case this week by NSW Health.
Anyone who attended the Park between 1.21pm and 2.57pm on October 3 is deemed a casual contact and must get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative test result.

Council understands that all impacted attendees have been notified by NSW Health, which includes all relevant council staff members, who have since been tested and received negative results.
Nowra Aquatic Park has since undergone a deep clean and has reopened to the public.
Council urges all members of the Shoalhaven region community to get tested for COVID-19 should they be experiencing any symptoms.
