Data released by the Department of Health showed at least 86 per cent of eligible residents in every local government area across the south east had received a first dose as of Monday, October 4.
Leading the charge is the Eurobodalla Shire, which had the highest rate of vaccination for first and second doses.
Of residents aged 15 and over, 95 per cent had received a first dose and 72.5 per cent were fully vaccinated.
The Bega Valley closely followed, where 93.7 per cent of people had received one dose and 68.5 had received two doses.

In the Shoalhaven, 91.9 per cent had received a first dose and 66 per cent were fully vaccinated.
The numbers come as we inch towards restrictions easing on Monday, October 11 once the entire state has reached the 70 per cent fully vaccinated target.
