One week after chalking up four wins at the Nowra track, the 26-year-old picked up where she left off in the 1100-metre class one handicap with Titan Star.
The Mike Van Gestel-trained four-year-old gelding won by 0.2 lengths from Ron Leemon's Miss Anticipation - with Gregory Hickman's Monte Di Fiore third.
The Kembla Grange-based jockey then backed it up in the 1400-metre class three handicap with Role Play, trained by Nowra-born Kerry Parker.
That duo won by 0.1 lengths from second-placed Anthony Mountney's Canzonet and third-placed Rapidity, trained by Jamie Stewart.
Costin wrapped up her memorable day at the Shoalhaven City Turf Club with Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott's Snitzonfire, who won the 1100-metre maiden plate.
On this occasion, she pipped Jarrod Austin's Spats Pav Bowie and Jean Dubois' Orreza for line honours.
The other three victors during Sunday's six-race meet were Anthony Cummings' Believe So (1600-metre maiden plate), Luke Pepper's Zounique (1600-metre benchmark 65 handicap) and Stephen Hill's Aidenabet (1400-metre maiden handicap).
