The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) reported all new cases were linked to the Batemans Bay cluster.
The announcement followed several venues of concern listed overnight in Batemans Bay, Batehaven, Malua Bay and Tomakin.
Overnight, there were further detections of the virus in the Narooma sewage treatment plant, but no cases were recorded in the area.
Residents were urged to watch out for symptoms including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever and get tested.
Overall, the district recorded 17 new COVID-19 cases with five in Yass, three in Queanbeyan, two in Googong, three in Goulburn and four in Batemans Bay.
It brings the total cases in the SNSWLHD to 54 since the start of the June outbreak in Greater Sydney.
Statewide, 80.7 per cent of the population over-16-years old has received a first dose and 49.6 per cent are fully vaccinated.
