The first game on Friday night, at Mackay's BB Print Stadium, will pit the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles against the Sydney Roosters.
The former has named Gerringong's Reuben Garrick, who has 308 points in 2021, on the wing.
While the tri-colours side features Kiama's Josh Morris and Albion Park-Oak Flats' Drew Hutchison, who will start at centre and five-eighth respectively.
Then on Saturday, Penrith battle western Sydney rivals Parramatta, coached by former Batemans Bay Tiger Brad Arthur, at Mackay.
The winner of these two respective fixtures will take on South Sydney, headlined by Nowra-born Cody Walker, and Melbourne, featuring Bega's Dale Finucane and former Shellharbour Shark Chris Lewis, in next weekend's preliminary finals.
