Appointed to manage the campaign, closing at midday on Thursday, October 7, are HTL Property directors Blake Edwards and Sam Handy.
"We expect this asset will be well received by the market due to the very clear popularity of leased hotel investments," Mr Edwards said.
"In addition, the property represents one of the most financially efficient entry points an investor can enjoy regarding access into the prosperous NSW pub market; particularly for an asset with poker machines."
The freehold asset vendors are publicans Mark and Nicole Ryan, who are selling after a 16-year tenure at the pub.
Earlier this year, the Ryan's leased the Loaded Dog Hotel business out to the family's long term managers at $166,400 plus GST plus outgoings per annum.
The pub, which is an entry level freehold hotel with long term lease, includes five valuable gaming entitlements and features a bar, bistro, gaming room, large beer garden and 11 pub rooms.

The Loaded Dog Hotel, which includes a detached self contained manager's accommodation, is the only pub in town and is popular with day trippers and motorcycle groups.
It is situated on a 8,094 square meters block with ample car parking and only a fraction of the land is being used
Mr Edwards said he expected the asset to be "well received by the market due to the very clear popularity of leased hotel investments".
"In addition, the property represents one of the most financially efficient entry points an investor can enjoy regarding access into the prosperous NSW pub market; particularly for an asset with poker machines.
"I think the asset will also be meaningfully targeted by hotel groups looking to secure a future supply of gaming entitlements for downstream utilization."
Tarago was officially founded in 1827 and because it was on the only road into the Queanbeyan and Canberra valley at the time, it became a busy centre which included the Lake Bathurst Hotel (now the Loaded Dog Hotel).
In the early 1860's, infamous bushranger Frank Gardiner invited the Clark Brothers and the equally infamous Ben Hall to meet at the pub to discuss a major robbery.
HTL Property has sold 38 regional pubs this year alone, in what has been the busiest year for regional hotel transactions in history.
