Two separate buyers have snapped up neighbouring Gerroa properties for a combined total of more than $3.7 million, almost three times what they last sold for in 2016.

Listed by the same vendor, the property at 92 Crooked River Road, Gerroa sold for $935,000 last week, while 94 Crooked River Road sold for $2,850,000 in late August.
No.92 consists of 1060 square metres of vacant residential land, while No.94 contains a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home on a 650 square metre block.
The home offers views stretching from Gerroa Headlands to Shoalhaven Heads to Culburra.
In 2016, Niki and Nathan Willdig bought 92 and 94 Crooked River Road, Gerroa for a total of $1.3 million.
Both were listed for sale in early August.
This time, No.92 had a price guide in the early $1 million mark, while No.94 had a guide in the high $2 million region.
Selling agent, Neil Campbell from Ray White Gerringong said the properties were purchased by separate buyers.
He said both buyers were local couples; one was going to build a dream home, and the other would be using the existing home as a permanent residence.
Ms Willdig is a prominent land developer in the Shoalhaven.
Ms Willdig father's, John Druce established Druce DP, a civil construction business in the Shoalhaven 40 years ago.
A decade ago, she established Tovedale, the land development arm of Druce DP.
The company's current projects include a major subdivision at Tapitallee.
Ms Willdig said they hadn't spared any expense when undertaking major renovations on the Gerroa home, which took about nine months to complete.
Ms Willdig said they had sold the Gerroa properties due to personal reasons, and she would be sad to part with them.
"I'm happy with the result," she said of the sales.
"I'm definitely sad to part with it (the home), but it was one of those pleasure projects where you build it the way you... If we wanted something in there we put it in there because we just loved the location and the area.
"I really hope the new purchasers love it as much as we did."
