Turn your mattress. Get in and clean the nooks and crannies that get overlooked - light fittings, ceiling fans, behind the TV. Break the job down into rooms. Extend your cleaning blitz to your car as well. How long has it been since you actually gave it a vacc or cleaned the windows on the inside?
