The group shared lunch, laughs and a raffle at the Vincentia Golf Club and reflected on their time spent with the organisation.
President of Jervis Bay Meals on Wheels Sue O'Brien said it was lovely to have all of the volunteers and clients connecting after a tough year.
"Getting the clients out with the volunteers is so important," she said.
"The social isolation that some of these people have felt in the last 12 to 18 months has just been enormous.
"It's wonderful to see everyone together today."
Mrs O'Brien shared the importance of the service.
"We say we're more than a meal for a reason," she said.
"About a month ago two of my drivers went to a fairly isolated client and he was found on the floor.
"He'd been on the floor for up to 16 hours and it would have only been a matter of time before he wouldn't have lived any longer if there wasn't a visitor to deliver the meals.
"Now we go out weekly and feed his animals, too. It's amazing the lengths these volunteers will go to."
Mrs O'Brien welcomed Gilmore MP Fiona Phillips in her opening speech and thanked her for being a big supporter of Meals on Wheels.
A volunteer for over 30 years, Bob Hanlon said his favourite thing about being with Meals on Wheels was the friendships he has gained.
"Friendships and getting to know people have kept me around, as well as helping out all the different clients and getting to know them too," he said.
"I always think that if people are on their own, they always deserve at least ten minutes for a chat."
