During round 13's top of the table clash, the undefeated Brumbies chalked up their 11th straight win of the season and their second against the Panthers (with the first (5-3) coming on May 4).
On the night, the Brumbies jumped out to a 2-nil lead at the break, thanks to strikes from Kaitlyn Sennitt and Gabrielle Dickinson, in the 16th and 23rd minutes respectively.
Then in the second stanza, the Brumbies stepped it up a notch, with Madison Cater (69th and 84th), Melissa Siavelis (75th) and Kaitlyn Sennitt (77th) all finding the back of the net.
Callala now moves onto 39 points and have a six-point gap on second-placed Milton, with Shoalhaven Heads-Berry Maroon third on 28 after drawing 1-all with Sussex on Tuesday.
At the Thompson Street Sporting Complex, Katrina Mula scored for the hosts, while the Sharks' lone goal was converted by skipper Tara Culey.
