Over the past week two dead feral pigs and more than 30 fox skins and tails have been found at Fife Place in Run-O-Waters, near Goulburn.
Run-O-Waters resident Sean Herrett said the street was "a cesspool".
"People dump everything there. I've seen dumped cars, mattresses and rubbish."
Mr Herrett posted the "strange" occurrences on Facebook and has been in contact with the Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
The dumped carcasses came to his attention last week. He is currently learning to ride a motorcycle and often practices around Fife Place.
The fox skins were discovered on June 29 and the pigs on the morning of July 3. Mr Herrett said the pigs were gone that afternoon.

The concerned resident emphasised the freshness of the carrion.
"There is something strange going on," he said.
"This is a suburban area, it's getting a reputation as a dumping ground.
"People don't realise how widespread the issue of illegal dumping is."
A council spokesperson said the council had been made aware of the illegal dumping and would undertake a clean-up.
"This is disgraceful behaviour that causes considerable distress in the community," they said.
"We encourage anyone with information to contact local police.
"All illegal dumping needs to be reported to the council through our customer service team via 4823 4444."
