The Group Seven junior, who penned a two-year extension with the club this week, scored two tries and landed a perfect 11 from 11 with the boot, to finish the Bankwest Stadium match with 30 individual points - which backs up his 28-point showing last match against Gold Coast.
That mark equals Sea Eagles pair Ron Rowles (1954) and Matthew Ridge (1996) for most points in a match, while the 11 goals see the Kiama High School alumnus tie Mike Eden and Matthew Ridge for goals kicked in a match by a Manly player - with Graham Eadie (14) still holding the record for his effort against Penrith in 1973.
Garrick is now also the competition's leading point-scorer with 182 from his 14 fixtures, overtaking Penrith's Nathan Cleary (164).
The win was also the Sea Eagles' biggest in their 75-year history, passing the previous 63-point win (70-7) against the Panthers in 1973 - the largest margin of any team since Parramatta thrashed Cronulla 74-4 in 2003.
Des Hasler's side also became just the fourth team in history to score 50 points or more in three straight games, joining the Roosters (1935), Eels (2001) and Bulldogs (2003).
The victory, their ninth of 2021, also moved Manly into the top five at the expense of the Sydney Roosters, with Hasler still jokingly trying to keep his side under his famous radar.
"The only thing that's better than 66 points is nil in defence," Hasler said.
"We came here and we had a task to do and it's about positioning ourselves.
"You want to think not only about the win today, but also trying to work on for-and-against and it gives us a run at the top four.
"I still think the benchmarks are Melbourne and Penrith. We'll just try and make up the numbers."
The round 16 fixture also saw Tom Trbojevic's hot run continue, with another hat-trick and two more try-assists, while winger Jason Saab bagged three tries to take his tally for the year to 16.
Garrick's Sea Eagles next host the Raiders, who are reeling off a big 44-6 loss to Gold Coast, at 4 Pines Park on Thursday.
