Collier, whose career-best 2021 season featured 28 tackles, 94 disposals and 11 marks in just eight games, will remain at the Perth-based club until the end of next season.
"It's really good to lock Maddy away, as she probably had her best season of football last year," AFLW coach Daniel Pratt said.
"We'll continue to give her clarity on her role, and feel she'll be a mainstay of our football club for the next four or five years, so it's really good to sign her again, alongside a couple of the other girls."
The other recent signings Pratt alludes to include forward Kellie Gibson, goal-sneak Ashlee Atkins, Irish midfielder Aisling McCarthy, defensive stalwarts Lauren Gauci and Amber Ward and 2021 Eagles club champion Bella Lewis.
During her two seasons with the Eagles, the Nowra High School alumna has featured 12 times for the club, following a 16-game stint with the GWS Giants.
