Dr Jessie Haong at the centre said she encourages all who are eligible to come along and get the jab.
"Patients currently eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine are people aged 40-49 years and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 16 to 49," Dr Haong confirmed.
"The AstraZeneca vaccine is still prioritised for people aged 60 years and over in Phases 1a, 1b and 2a."
Dr Haong confirmed there will be 240 doses of the Pfizer vaccine coming to the centre per week, and that centre still receives 1,200 doses of the Astra Zeneca per week.
The new COVID-19 Vaccination centre is located alongside the Ulladulla Endoscopy and Medical Centre at 111 Princes Highway, next to The Plaza Shopping Centre with entry from Boree Street Car Park.
She assured both vaccines are safe to receive.
