Stingrays of Shellharbour's Trey Barlow was awarded the Steelers SG Ball coaches award by Glenn Buffolin, for his big part in guiding Illawarra to the grand final against the Canberra Raiders.
The side's other award, the player of the year, went to Gundagai product Bryce Magnone - who made his first grade debut for the Shellharbour Sharks on Saturday.
In the other men's side, the Aaron McDonald-coach Harold Matthews outfit acknowledged Gerringong's Dylan Egan and Dapto's Jaxon Lavender as their two award winners.
Egan took out the team's player of the year while Lavendar received the coaches award honour.
Finally, Milton-Ulladulla's Keele Browne and Corrimal's Salma Nour were recognised by Tarsha Gale coach Alicia-Kate Hawke.
Browne, who was recently named in the NSW under 19s side, took out the Kezie Apps junior Steelers female player of the year award, with her teammates Nour claiming the coaches award.
