The first of those two wins came in the under 14s fixture, where Zoe Anderson's side downed their Sydney rivals 6-1.
Caitlin Loudon scored a hat-trick for the hosts in the win, while teammates April Rowley and Rachel Jervis added two and one goals respectively.
The win, their fifth of the season, moves the Phoenix up to fifth on the ladder, just five points behind leaders Marconi.
Phoenix's second victory of the day came in the reserve grade clash - marking the second time South East has tasted success in 2021.
The three points were secured by goals from Monique Murray and Ella Simon.
South East also claimed one point in both the under 15s and first grade clashes at the South Nowra venue - with both sides unlucky not to walk away with more from their respective fixtures.
The under 15s game finished at 1-all, with Olivia Mcloud netting the host's goal, while Bronte Trew found the back of the net for first grade in their 1-all result.
The only Phoenix side to not claim any points on Sunday was the under 17s side, who went down 4-nil.
All five sides will now hit the road in round 11 and head to Northbridge Oval on Sunday to face the Bulls.
The under 14s will start the five-game slate at 9am before the under 15s (10.25am), under 17s (12.05pm), reserve grade (1.35pm) and first grade (3.30pm) sides take to the field.
