Played at the Camden Rugby Club, a hat-trick from Jimmy Hendrix, as well as five-pointers from William Ridley, George Miller, Harri Hibbs and Keiran Brandon sealed the win to keep Shoals' undefeated record intact.
The latter also added one conversion, with his brother Mark landing two kicks.
The host's lone try was scored by Samueli Liney.
In second grade, Shoals lost 24-19 to Camden.
In the other first grade Illawarra Rugby round 10 results, University drew 34-all with Tech Waratahs, Vikings downed Campbelltown 25-7, Shamrocks edged Kiama 17-14 and Avondale defeated Bowral 29-11.
Following these round of matches, Shoals still sit in first - with a game in hand - on 42 points, three ahead of second-placed Avondale.
Shamrocks are third with 38, followed by Campbelltown (31), Vikings (29), Bowral (21), Tech Waratahs (18), Kiama (17), University (11) and Camden (10).
There will be no matches next weekend, as the Illawarriors, headlined by Shoals' Ridley, compete at the NSW country championships at Tamworth.
Shoals' next game will be against Kiama at the Kiama Showground on Saturday, June 19.
