In their inaugural Sydney women's premiership season, the Helensburgh Tigers sit in seventh position after 13 rounds.
A large part of that has been on the play of their South Coast contingent, which includes the likes of Bega's Kezie Apps, who will start at lock for Sunday's clash with North Sydney.
Joining Apps in the squad will be Milton-Ulladulla's Olivia Patterson, Meg Buchanan and Keele Browne, Stingrays of Shellharbour's Teagan Berry and Riley Scott, Albion Park-Oak Flats' Brittany Constable and Berry-Shoalhaven Heads' Josie Strong - who will captain the side.
Elsewhere, Park's Kaarla Cowan will start at lock for the third-placed Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks' game with the Wentworthville Magpies at the NSWRL Centre of Excellence.
Moving across to the men and in the NSW Cup, six South Coast players are in St George Illawarra's squad to face South Sydney on Saturday.
Park's Adam Clune and South Coast Black Cockatoos' Jayden Sullivan are expected to drop back from the first grade squad and join former Mount Warrigal Koori Treigh Stewart, Milton's Sam McCann, Kiama's Luke Chalker and Gerringong's Tyran Wishart in the Dragons side.
While the Dragons Jersey Flegg team features Warilla-Lake South trio Callum Gromek, Sam Hooper and Blake Dowel for their fixture with the Rabbitohs at the Ironmark High Performance Centre.
Finally, moving north, Warilla junior Jesse Dee will start in the back-row for the Mackay Cutters, who sit in 12th on the Queensland Cup ladder after nine rounds.
