At the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre, the Tigers were slow out of the gates, as they trialled their Waratah League division two opponents 21-18 at the first break.
The hosts awoke from their slumber in the second period, as they outscored their rivals by 13 points, to hold a 10-point lead (48-38) at half-time.
Ben Bagoly's troops withstood a comeback from the visitors, as late baskets from Trent Hilaire and Brayden Morris helped the hosts lead by nine points going into the final period.
The black and golds sealed the win by scoring 31 points in the final quarter, to run away with the game 95-75 - representing the side's highest point total in 2021.
Bruce Ozolins scored a game-high 26 points for the hosts, with Billy Campbell (20) and Tom Ozolins (13) also reaching double figures.
The Tigers, who now sit in fourth with a 5-2, travel to Canberra on Saturday to face the Gunners Academy side, who are 3-3 through the opening eight rounds.
