All the opening round fixtures will be played in Brisbane and Queanbeyan, before the tournament shifts to Coffs Harbour's C.ex Coffs International Stadium.
Each Super W team will play three fixtures against the opponents outside of their pool ahead of a finals day on Saturday, July 3 in Coffs Harbour.
Former Nowra High School student Elleman and her ACT side have been pooled with Melbourne and Queensland, meaning they'll also play President's XV (June 27) and NSW Waratahs (June 30).
"We are really excited to announce Buildcorp Super W 2021 and are delighted to be hosting a festival of rugby-style tournament in Coffs Harbour," Rugby Australia's chief executive officer Andy Marinos said.
"The Super W competition is a major tournament for female athletes to establish themselves at the national level before competing for higher honours.
"It's incredibly important for junior players to see their heroes and mentors compete in the flesh, to inspire the next generation."
"In full consultation with the teams, we made a decision to alter the format and dates of the competition for this year.
"The changes are mainly due to the unique nature of the season, with a need to help prepare our national teams for the Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup 2021.
"We were also very conscious of the COVID-19 environment and the format deliberately reduces interstate travel.
"With the Olympic Games taking place in July 2021, it was important that the Aon Uni Sevens Series was played earlier in the year, ahead of Super W.
"While the Rugby World Cup has been postponed for twelve months, we are still excited to see our Wallaroos back in action this season playing two Tests against Samoa in July."
