Fresh off defeating Shellharbour and ending Gerringong's unbeaten run, the Eagles took less than two minutes to open the scoring at Centenary Field.
Following a penalty, which gave them strong early field position, the Eagles scored through prop Rodney Coates, who bounced off three defenders before slamming it down next to the uprights.
Fullback George Campbell converted and it was 6-nil.
That lead was doubled seven minutes later when Sam Clune's crafty kick back inside was grounded by flying rookie winger Cooper Tunbridge.
Custodian Campbell again converted and the lead was 12.
Home fans then had to wait more than 20 minutes for the Eagles' next four-pointer.
A smart heads-up play by hooker Paul Roberts caught the tiring Knights' defence napping, allowing youngster Jack Walsh to dummy and easily get outside Lachie Farrell to score.
Campbell made it three from three with the boot.
Just before the break, the Park had their fourth when Tunbridge broke the line and offloaded to his fellow winger Dallas Harrison - who raced away to score under the uprights.
Campbell slotted his easiest kick of the afternoon and the host led by 24 at half-time.
Despite needing a fast start themselves, things got worse for Marc Laird's troops after the break, when the Eagles scored their fifth try on the first set of the second half.
After making easy metres downfield, Roberts attempted to find prop Tommy Warner with a grubber-kick, only for the ball to ricochet back into his arms for a four-pointer.
Campbell's fifth conversion made it 30-nil.
The one-way traffic continued as strong lead-up play by Roberts and Buddy Braddick led to Tunbridge racing away to score his second - after acrobatically catching the ball with his left hand.
The lead was 36 after Campbell's kick.
The speedy fullback then laid the foundations for the Eagles' seventh, as he drew two defenders, offloaded to half Clune, who then found Roberts backing up on the inside for his second of the afternoon.
Campbell added the extras and the Park led by 42 with 21 to play.
Knights' fans finally had something to cheer about in the 63rd minute when Brad Killlmore held off Tunbridge to score just inside the right corner post.
Half Killmore failed to convert, as the Park led 42-4.
The Eagles quickly returned serve though, with their easiest try of the afternoon.
Following a scrum on the 40-metre line, an easy draw and pass by Clune put Walsh into a yawning gap - with the latter scoring untouched.
Campbell continued his strong day with the boot and it was 48-4.
The Eagles capped the win and brought up the half-century when Donte Efaraimo found space down the left edge and held off three would-be tacklers to score a well-deserved try.
Campbell completed the perfect afternoon with the boot, where he landed all nine kicks, as the Eagles ran out winners by 48 points.
The Park, who are now 4-1 on the season, have the bye in round seven, while the Knights, who are 3-2, will look to rebound against local rivals Gerringong at the Kiama Showground on Sunday.
