THE 2021 Port Stephens Surf Festival wrapped up on Tuesday with all remaining stand-up paddleboard divisions duking it out in punchy one-foot surf during their respective finals.

Following a runner-up finish in Monday's open women's SUP final, Berrara's Skyla Rayner was able to ensure she returned to the South Coast with a title in her back pocket, by taking out the open women's 10-foot SUP division at Birubi Beach.
She mustered up a victory in one final and a second in the following final, to jump to the top of the division leaderboard and take the overall win - just ahead of Hannah Finlay Jones and Rebecca Dunning.
Not to be outdone was Skyla's mother Madeline Rayner who finished second in the over 50s women's SUP event, being pipped by winner Kerry Davenport, and fourth in the over 40s women's SUP event, just being edged out by Rebecca Dunning, Simone Scott and Davenport.
During the competition, Madeline Rayner also finished fourth in the over 40s women's longboard SUP, which was again won by Dunning.
Other South Coast talents to compete at the festival included Narrawallee's Robert Scott (third in over 50s men's SUP), Huskisson's Eddie Coogan (over 50s men's SUP) and Gerroa's Ray Hughes (third in open men's SUP).
