After losing and drawing their opening two Shoalhaven District Football Association matches, the hosts at the St Georges Basin Sporting Complex finally secured their first win thanks to goals from Zachary Stahlhut and Tim White.
Elsewhere, Bomaderry made it four wins from as many attempts by downing Callala 3-nil.
At Bomaderry Oval, second-half goals from Ben Seyffer (57th minute) and Brodie Chapman (72nd and 88th) secured all three points for Dale Russell's side.
The home ground advantage for Huskisson-Vincentia meant little, as they were defeated 4-2 by Shoalhaven United.
Goals from Alex Rogan (eighth and 40th), Luke Kellett (24th) and skipper Kaine Good (28th) secured Trevor Skingle's men all three points - with Jayden Lee (11th) and Gary Masteron Gary Masterson (75th) scoring for the hosts.
The final match of the round saw Shoalhaven Heads-Berry edge Manyana 3-2 at the Manyana Sports Field.
Matt White, Kim Leonard and James Macdonald found the back o the net for the Sharks while Oliver Boserio and Billy Zappas each scored for the Wanderers.
Milton-Ulladulla had the bye in round four for the Blackmore Bolden Shield.
As it stands, Bomaderry sits in first place on 12 points, ahead of Heads (10), United (nine), Milton (seven), Basin (seven), Illaroo (six), Huskisson (three), Manyana (three) and Callala (one).
Next Saturday, Callala host Basin, United play Bomaderry, Illaroo takes on Milton and Heads lock horns with Illaroo - with Manyana having the weekend off.
