Offering an array of exercise classes, nutrition plans and mental health resources, the Live Life Get Active program is for people aged 16 to under 30 and is completely free.
Launcing May 11, the program was made possible with $73,000 funding from the Stronger Country Communities Fund announced by Kiama MP Gareth Ward this morning.
"The great thing about this program is that it will support everything from connecting people that may feel some degree of vulnerability or loneliness, right through to fitness programs, yoga, boxing and mental health support systems," said Mr Ward.
"We've just come out of a really challenging time. So this money is about saying we want the community to come back together, and I'm so excited to hear the plans Amanda has to get everyone back together again."

While offering plenty of options to improve physical fitness with yoga, boxing and cardio classes, the program also focuses on improving mental health for young people.
"We're very excited about our mental health program. It's been brought about by a research survey we did, where we asked over 5,000 young people what they were concerned about, the issues most important to them and also what's positive," said Amanda King, the CEO of Live Life Get Active.
"As a result, we've developed a 10 series program that talks people through understanding mental health problems they're dealing with and then provides them with coping mechanisms to move forward."
The program will run for three years, with nutrition plans, mental health programs and exercise sessions accessible online if people's schedules do not align with in-person classes.
The exercise classes will be held at Thurgate Oval in Bomaderry, and will be run by local trainers.
